TREND-SETTING ARCHITECTURE
Right next to the English Garden and the Eisbach a high-quality new building object was created, which was embedded in the quiet district as an architectural statement by the architecture firm of Tettenborn. Contemporary design and state-of-the-art technical standards characterize the progressive new building in Munich’s No 1 district in Lehel.
The generous facade glazing opens the apartment in three directions and offers a far-reaching view. All units are divided into a completely open living area according to the open-plan-concept with a variably configurable sequence of kitchen, dining and living spaces. The French windows with the glass fall guard GM WINDOORAIL® by Glas Marte bring a lot of light into the apartment and enhance the boundless sense of space, especially in summer.
Open for Everything
GM WINDOORAIL® are prefabricated glass railing modules with a fall-protection function for window elements that reach below the required parapet height. The glass-metal modules guarantee the highest level of safety through optimal and uniform glass storage and optimized, proven and tested mounting – a perfect solution for all types of windows (plastic, wood, wood-aluminum, aluminum or steel).
In terms of safety, the heart of GM WINDOORAIL® is the construction of the bracket. This was extensively tested in pendulum impact tests and withstands all possible impact loads. The testing of the optimized solutions was carried out in accordance with national guidelines.
